Terms & cancellation policy

You cannot buy directly on this website. You send us an enquiry with your date and guest numbers, we reply with a written quote, and your order is confirmed only once you accept that quote and pay the deposit. Until then nothing is booked.

• The Guest Doodle Pack is £249, including UK delivery of your kit and finished order.
• A £49 deposit reserves your date and pays for your kit to be sent out.
• The £200 balance is due once your cards are back with us and before printing.
• Extra tea towels are £19 each. Any bespoke work is quoted in writing first.

Kits are normally posted within five working days of your deposit. Once your completed cards reach us, you can expect a digital proof within two weeks and your finished towels within four weeks. These are working estimates; we will tell you promptly if anything is likely to take longer.

We send a digital proof for approval before printing. Please check spelling, layout and the number of drawings carefully — once you approve the proof we print it as shown, and we cannot cover reprints for changes requested afterwards.

• Before your kit is posted: cancel for any reason and we refund your deposit in full.
• After your kit is posted, before you approve a proof: the £49 deposit is non-refundable as it covers the kit and postage. Nothing further is owed.
• After you approve a proof: printing has started and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, because each item is personalised and made to your specification.
• Changing your date: tell us as soon as you can and we will move your booking at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Because every item is personalised, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to the finished goods. Your rights in respect of faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected — tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund.

You keep ownership of the drawings your guests make. We scan and tidy them purely so they can be printed on your order. Original cards are returned to you with your finished towels unless you ask us to recycle them, and digital scans are kept for 12 months so we can reprint if needed. We will not publish your artwork, names or event details anywhere without your permission. Full detail is in our privacy notice.

We may decline to print content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else's copyright or trade mark. If that happens we will contact you and agree a replacement before printing.
